How to process an asset Activation Reversal

How can I reverse an asset Activation?

Informational

1. In Adjustments and Retirements, Search for the needed asset(s)
2. Click Transactions and choose Reverse Asset Activations
   1. When selected, any Active or CIP Posted assets will be displayed in the browse screen. Retired and Disposed assets with Pending Transactions and assets with any non-reversed transaction history will not be selected.
3. Click Update and select the asset(s) you would like to reverse.  Make sure to use the same effective date used for the original Activation transaction if possible.
4. Click Accept 
5. Click Output/Post
6. Click Yes to post the transactions
