Add user to Time Entry Users in payroll

Description of Issue

Time entry batch showing prior warrant for one user when they clicked Switch in Time Entry Users screen

Context

Cause

Site needs to add user to Time Entry Users screen so when they click Switch the payroll is changed for this user

Resolution
  1. Access Payroll Start and Status (Payroll > Payroll Processing > Payroll Start and Status)
  2. Search for the warrant the user should be working in
  3. Click Change
  4. Click Users in the toolbar
  5. Click Update. Click Add. TAB to the next available line. Enter the User ID. Click Accept.
  6. Click Switch
Additional Information
  • The next time the payroll admin clicks Switch the payroll will be changed for the user
  • If site has more than 1 run type, may need to update the Users list for each payroll run type
