Can ESS accounts support multiple employee IDs

Description of Issue

We have an employee who has two employee master records, can we have both show in one ESS account?

Context

Cause

Employee has multiple Employee Master records and would like to consolidate behind one ESS account

Resolution

Employees can have multiple Employee Master records associated to one ESS account
To add additional Employee Numbers, navigate in ESS to the User Administration
- Administration > User Administration
Search for the ESS account and click Edit
Select Employees and then define the additional Employee Number
Select Update to save
Users will need to click on their account, typically located in the upper-right corner of ESS and then select correct Employee Master record from the Location drop down
