Where on a work order can the originating 311 request number be found

Where on a work can the originating 311 request number be found?

• EAM
• Enterprise Service Requests 

• In Work Order Management, on the Miscellaneous tab, the 311 request number is located in the Reference number field
• In Field Work, click Advanced Search, and search for a Reference Type of Incident and a Reference # of the 311 request number
  • Please note that the Field Work Advanced Search is not currently returning any results for reference numbers.  See Field Work Advanced Search does not return work orders created by 311 for more information.
