Import Employee Benefits

We need to do a mass upload of benefit deduction updates; from where do we import the file?

• Enterprise ERP
• Benefits Enrollment
• Employee Deductions
• Employee Benefits
• Employee Import

Need to add in new year benefit selections

1. Navigate to the program Employee Import
   • Menu → Human Capital Management → Payroll → Employee Maintenance → Employee Import
2. Select Custom Templates > Employee Deductions Import and prepare your Import Template
3. Once completed, click Return to return to Employee Import
4. Assemble your Import File
5. Select Define and define both the Import Template and Import File
6. Click Accept to execute the import
