How can I add a code in the City Code drop down list in the Employee Master screen?

City Codes for Employee Master are set up in the Locations Codes screen

Access Payroll > Payroll Setup > Location Codes
Click Add and enter the Location Code, Short Description and Long Description.
Click Accept
