How to view an entire journal from Account Inquiry

How to view a full journal when in the Account Inquiry program, as opposed to just the specific journal line items for the account that you are viewing.

• General Ledger
• Account Inquiry
• Journal Inquiry/Print

To bring up an entire journal from Account Inquiry, please follow the process below:

1. Open Account Inquiry
2. Click Search
3. Enter your account number
4. Click Accept
5. Click the yellow detail folder for the section that this journal is included in
6. Highlight this journal
7. Click Journal

This will bring up this entire journal in the Journal Inquiry/Print program.
