Employee Job Salary - getting an error when adding a new pay record

Getting the following error when adding a new record in Employee Job/Salary Start date can not be greater than pay effective date

• Munis
• Payroll
• Employee Job/Salary

User entering a Pay Start Date that is after the Effective Date

Site can add the pay record with the same Effective Date and Pay Start date.  Once saved, the Pay Start date may be updated.
