Description of Issue
Transaction Entry Post proof report does not generate for asset transactions that are not approved

Capital Assets
Cause
Due to a defect, the reports currently only display approved transactions
Resolution
Install MUN-390476 once it's been released
Workaround: Output reports from faentpst (Transaction Detail & Journal Proof) will display once transactions are approved
