Failed Employee Update Reversal

• We made it to print payroll checks and found 3 checks to print when we don't print checks, tried to reverse the Employee Update and it's showing the red circle with the line through it.
• We tried reversing the Employee Update step in payroll to make some adjustments in Earnings and Deductions, but the step failed during the reversal and now shows the red circle with the line.
