Description of Issue

How do we add a message to the CSS home page page?

Cause

Client would like to add information to the home page of CSS for customers

Resolution
  1. Navigate to your CSS Hosting page
    • If you are Tyler Hosted with CSS, please reach out to the SaaS Support team for further assistance
    • If you are On Premise with CSS, please reference your site report for the CSS Hosting URL, Username, and Password
  2. Once you have logged into CSS Hosting, navigate to the environment you wish to update and select Edit
  3. Scroll down for the field Home Page Message
  4. Enter your desired text
    • This text field is HTML compatible when shown on CSS
  5. Click Update to save changes
    1. CSS may take upwards to 20 minutes to refresh with the changes
