Description of Issue
- We receive an error when clicking on Payroll Calendars in ESS stating 'We Encountered a Problem' in ESS when clicking on Payroll Calendars
- Cannot click on Payroll Calendars in Employee Self Service
- Exception in ESS Pay/Tax information
Context

Cause
- Payroll Calendars are enabled in ESS but no records exist in Munis
Resolution
- To review navigate in Munis to Calendars
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Setup > Calendars
- Click Add to create a record
- To review in ESS navigate to Employee Administration
- ESS > Administration > Employee Administration
- Scroll to the option Display Payroll Calendars and ensure this is checked
- Click Update at the bottom to save any changes
