Asset is not depreciating - Due to incorrect LTD accumulated depreciation on conversion file

• Asset is not depreciating
• No results returned in Depreciate Assets when defining for valid, Active assets

Fixed/Capital Assets

Asset was fully depreciated when converted, but LTD accumulated depreciation field on conversion file was accidentally populated with an amount less than the depreciation principal

1. Process an Adjustment transaction to reduce the periods taken by one period
2. Use Depreciate Assets to get the asset caught back up on depreciation in the one remaining period
