Description of Issue

Testing MLC in 2020.3 and payment type is required - is not required in 11.3

Cause

An enhancement under work ticket MUN-248193 made Payment Type a required field and this is not a requirement for the MLC enhancement.

Resolution

Work ticket MUN-416816 has been created to remove the required field restriction on Payment Type.
