LA PEP Report - Import Error Does not exist in LA PEP Maintenance

Description of Issue

Exported from LA PEP Report Period Records, Purged all Period Records and then Imported.  Multiple records error with the message, Row ###: Rec No: ###: Emp: ###### does not exist in LA PEP Maintenance.

Cause

The Import is only designed to Update existing records.  The employee has to exist in Maintenance for the Year/Period in order to make changes through an Import. 

Resolution
  1. Re-Generate and then Import to make sure the details are correct
  2. Manually add a shell record for the employees with errors and then Import to make sure the details are correct
