Auto Find Vendors produces an Unexpected Error in Bid Central

Defect occurs due to a time-out when there are too many results found when using the Auto Find Vendors function
Resolution
Install MUN-371372 once it becomes available
Workaround:
- Attempt to use Auto Find Vendors
- If an Unexpected Error is received, manually add the needed vendors
