Create Requests program generates a Request Start Date in Convert Service Requests that cannot be used for conversion

Install MUN-413883 once it becomes available

Workarounds:

• When converting the request in Convert Service Requests, manually update the Request Start Date field prior to converting
• Use the Service Requests program to create requests
