GEN journal is pulling into Bank Reconciliation for Payroll checks

• Payroll checks and the GEN journal are both pulling into Bank Reconciliation.
• Payroll amounts are doubled in Bank Reconciliation. Showing separately as Payroll Checks and Journal entry on Munis side. 
• Payroll Control Setting Assign Journals to Proof set to Yes
• Overstated payroll amounts in BRM because the PR checks  and the GEN journal are both pulled into the program.

GEN journal is not being excluded from Bank Reconciliation Manager.

MUN–367398 is currently open with Development to automatically exclude the GEN journal generated by payroll postings from BRM, when the Payroll Control Setting Assign Journals to Proof is set to Yes.

The current work around is to manually exclude the GEN journal from Bank Reconciliation Manager. See: How to Exclude Transactions in Bank Reconciliation Manager

Classic Bank Reconciliation excludes the GEN journal.
