Description of Issue

Scanning the mobile QR code or navigating to the Munis Mobile URL within an application displays a pop-up notification stating that the service location is invalid.

Cause
  • The Munis Mobile URL is incorrect
  • The munismobileXXXXenv website in IIS is stopped or has an incorrect binding
Resolution
  1. Verify that there are no typos in the mobile URL.
  2. Verify that the correct service location is appended to the URL. See How to Log into Munis Mobile Apps to find the service location to append to the URL for the specific mobile app.
  3. If the error is still occurring after verifying steps 1 and 2, contact Tyler Systems Management for further assistance.
