Scanning the mobile QR code or navigating to the Munis Mobile URL within an application displays a pop-up notification stating that the service location is invalid.

• The Munis Mobile URL is incorrect
• The munismobileXXXXenv website in IIS is stopped or has an incorrect binding

1. Verify that there are no typos in the mobile URL.
