How to Log into Munis Mobile Apps

How do I log into Mobile Apps?

• Munis Employee Self Service (ESS)
• Munis Field Inspector
• Munis Field Sheet
• Munis MyWork
• Munis Work Orders

Informational

1. Download the desired mobile app from the Apple, Google, or Windows App Store
2. Launch the mobile app on your device
3. Scan QR code, or manually enter the applicable service location for the app
   • Munis ESS Mobile: Scan QR code from your ESS website (login required), or type ESS URL
   • Munis Field Inspector: Scan QR code from Hub, or type mobileurl/PIService.svc
     • Only available for Apple and WIndows.
   • Tyler Field Surveyor: Scan QR code from Hub, or type mobileurl/ and the app will add AssetService.svc
   • Field Sheet: Scan QR code from Hub, or type mobileurl/ and the app will add WorkOrderService.svc
   • Munis MyWork: Scan QR code from Hub, or type mobileurl/WorkFlowService.svc (will not be appended automatically)
4. Login with your Munis username and password
   1. ESS may have a different login. Use ESS username and password if different from Munis

The Mobile URL is available as a scannable QR code from your Hub profile (login required). Please contact your site administrator if you are unable to locate your mobile URL.

  • On the bottom left, click the Cog Wheel icon
  • Click User Settings
  • Scroll down to view and scan QR Code
• Munis 11.3 with Dashboard
  • Log into Dashboard
  • In the top right hand corner, click on your name
  • Click User Profile
  • Scroll down to view and scan QR code
