Time Entry Summary Proof showing flat amount of 0.00

When moving Time Entry to payroll, the Summary Proof report is showing Zero flat amounts for some batches that have well over a million dollars in the batch.

The Time Entry Summary report has an issue where it will default to 0.00 if the total in the batch is over one million dollars. 

Install applicable work ticket once available.
