Pay code not available in Holiday Schedules in ExecuTime

The pay code I want to use for my holiday schedule is not in the drop-down list.

• ExecuTime
• Munis
• Holiday Schedules

User did not have her desired pay code attached in Employee Job/Salary

1. Access Employee Job/Salary: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary
2. Search on the employee number
3. Click Add, define for the pay code you wish to be able to enter as the holiday schedule pay type
4. Click Accept
