Description of Issue
The pay code I want to use for my holiday schedule is not in the drop-down list.

- Munis
- Holiday Schedules
Cause
User did not have her desired pay code attached in Employee Job/Salary
Resolution
- Access Employee Job/Salary: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary
- Search on the employee number
- Click Add, define for the pay code you wish to be able to enter as the holiday schedule pay type
- Click Accept
