Error in Equipment Profit and Loss report when admin dept is defined

Description of Issue

When an admin department is defined in the Equipment Profit and Loss report, the following error is received after clicking Select:

Error retrieving count - 688 -400 [ISAM -1]
Fetch attempted on unopen cursor.

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

Workaround: Records can be successfully selected when the Admin dept field is left blank
