Description of Issue
When using the Time Entry auto-load function, pays that are end dated in Job/Salary are pulling into time entry along with all of the current pays
Context
- Munis
- Payroll
- Time Entry
Cause
The Basis field in Time Entry Groups is set to Status, by design this pulls in all pays in Job/Salary that have an Active status.
Resolution
- Payroll > Payroll Processing > Time Entry Processing > Time Entry Groups
- Search and Accept for the group in question
- Click Update
- From the Basis field drop down, select B - BOTH STATUS AND DATES
- Click Accept
