Off Cycle Pays pulling in with Time Entry Autoload

Description of Issue

When we use the Time Entry Autoload for our Retirement department in a cycle 1 payroll, the Autoload is pulling all pays for the employees and are including pays that are only flagged for the 4th weekly cycle
