Bid was awarded to the incorrect vendor

Context

Bid Management

Cause

Incorrect vendor was selected when awarding the bid

Resolution

If bid is still in the Awarding phase and awarding is not approved:

  1. Navigate to the Bid Awarding tab

  2. Click Unaward Group

    1. If there are multiple groups that were awarded to the incorrect vendor, click Unaward Group for each group

  3. On the correct vendor, click Award All or Award Group

If bid is in an Awarding phase and the awarding has been approved, the bid awarding cannot be reversed
