Canadian Vendors Cannot Enter Province & Postal Codes VA

We discovered that Canadian vendors are unable to enter their addresses, as the state field will not accept Canadian provinces, and the zip code field will not accept postal codes. It seems the postal codes are an issue because they contain letters, and not just numbers.
