Export Accrual History to Excel

Description of Issue

User needs an report for Used Accrual time that can be exported to Excel.

Cause

Informational

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Accruals.

  2. Click History.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Define as necessary.

    1. To search by Type(s) and/or Table(s), select as necessary from dropdown.

    2. To search by date range, enter range in both Start and End fields. Example: 1/1/2024:12/31/2024.

    3. To search specifically for Used and/or Earned records, enter >0 in one or both fields

    4. To search by specific reason codes, select Earned and/or Used Reason Code(s) from dropdown.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. Click Excel.

  7. To specify fields for export, click Select None then check boxes for desired fields.

  8. Click Accept.
