Description of Issue

A supervisor needs to have access to view only one Job Opening

Context

Cause

The supervisor is missing Application Requisition Number Maintenance Access for that Job Requisition

Resolution

A role will need to be created that has Limited Application Requisition Number Maintenance Access to that specific Job Requisition

The role will then need to be assigned to the specific Supervisors User Attributes record

  1. Go to System Administration> Security>Roles

  2. Click Add

  3. Create a Role

  4. Select HR Management/Payroll folder

  5. Scroll down to Data Access

  6. Click on the Folder next to Application Requisition Number Maintenance Access 

  7. Click Limit

  8. Enter in the Requisition Number that the Supervisor should have access to.

  9. Click Accept
