Employee Deduction Register-Employee gross blank

Description of Issue

When exporting the Employee Deduction Register to Excel, user is selecting Employee Gross from the Export Filter but the column exports with no information.

Context
  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Employee Deduction Register

Cause

"Hide Employee Gross" checked on Employee Deduction Register definition. 

Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll>Payroll Reports>End of Period Reports>Employee Deduction Register.

  2. Click Define.

  3. Uncheck Hide Employee Gross.

  4. Define rest of report as needed.

  5. Click Accept.

  6. Click Excel.

  7. Select columns from Export Filter.

  8. Click Accept
