Restrict Users from Overpaying Bills in CSS

Need to prevent overpayments in Citizen Self Service

Bill Category Settings in CSS currently allows overpayments

1. Log into CSS as an administrator 
   1. Please see the following article for steps to obtain administrative access if you do not see Administrator options: CSS and VSS Admin Login with Tyler Identity Community
2. Click Citizen Administration in the tab menu on the left side of the screen
3. Click Bill Category Payment Settings Administration
4. Click edit next to the bill category description you would like to edit
5. On the next screen, click into the dropdown for the Payments over balance due section
6. Click No overpayments allowed
7. Click update
