How to enable Partial Payments in CSS

Can't enable partial payments in Citizen Self Service

Do not have access to enable partial Payments

In this scenario a CSS admin user might be looking to enable partial payments within Citizen Administration but seem to not have access to the section where the setting is located.

Verify desired module is enabled for user

1. From within CSS Administration the administrator should navigate to User Administration and then locate the desired user

2. Click Edit

3. Click Citizen and verify that the desired module is enabled for the user, e.g. General Billing

4. Click Update

Verify Allow partial payments is enabled for desired module

1. From the menu on the far left, click Citizen Administration > Payments > Bill Categories

2. Next to the desired module, click Edit

3. Verify that Allow partial payments is checked

4. Click Update
