Description of Issue

Client reported user received error when logging in Index 0 out of bounds for length 0

Cause

Resolution

Able to resolve issue by resetting employee's password.


  1. Login to ExecuTime with Admin Access

  2. Click System Admin

  3. Click Master File Management

  4. Click Employees

  5. Click the Edit Pencil icon for the employee in question

  6. Click Security

  7. Enter in new password

  8. Click Allow user to change password if they are allowed to

  9. Click Save for Current Period
