Need to update the next permit number setting.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Permits and Code Enforcement > Setup > Permits > Permit Types

  2. Search for the permit type

  3. Click Permit no in the ribbon

  4. Enter a new Next number

  5. Click Accept
