Bid Awarding Missing Items Error

Receive missing items error when attempting to award to a vendor in Bid Awarding phase

Bid Management

Occurs when attempting to award all items to a single vendor, who did not bid on all items

1. Open bid in Bid Central
2. Navigate to Bid Awarding tab
3. Click Item View
4. Click Award, then Item Award, and OK
5. Click Save
6. Click Release
