Description of Issue

Unable to change the Buyer listed on a Bid

Context

Bid Management

Cause

Once a bid is in the Awarding phase, the Buyer is not able to be updated

Resolution

  • Leave the current Buyer on the bid until it is closed

Or

  • Cancel the current bid and create a new one with the correct Buyer
