How to correct DIA condition

Cause
Activity code is either missing a general category code or has an invalid code populated
Resolution
Use Mass Update or Update to insert a valid General Category on the work order activity
Additional Information
- If a new general category code needs to be used, it can be added in the Miscellaneous Codes program by selecting General Category
