Carry forward budget is not displaying correctly after closing the year for multi year funds that budget annually - Account Inquiry

After closing the fiscal year the carry forward budget is not displaying correctly on accounts that are tied to multi year funds that budget annually

The carryforward BUA generates correctly but the account does not display the amount as the carry forward original appropriations on the current year tab in account inquiry
