COA Builder Unauthorized Access is Denied Tyler Passport Error

When attempting to access COA Builder, the following error is being received:

Unauthorized: Access is denied.
You must log into Tylertech.com in order to use this application.

Browser cache needs to be cleared.

Within Chrome browser:

Clear cache and refresh Chrome

• Chrome: Go to Settings > Advanced > Clear browsing data

  • Make sure browsing data being cleared includes cookies. 

  • It is recommended to select option to clear "All time".
