How to force Munis Role Calc to process over all users

How to force Enterprise ERP roles and permissions to synchronize across users.

Follow these steps to force Role Calc to run from Enterprise ERP (Munis) if new users are created in Enterprise ERP and applied to roles linked to Content Manager permission groups but permissions do not seem to be syncing into CM.

Follow these steps if refreshing from Production to a Non-Production environment where users have never been calculated into the CM backend.

These steps can be completed by a user with administration permissions within Enterprise ERP.

1. In Tyler Hub from the Tyler Menu, navigate to: System Administration > General Administration > Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information

2. Click on the Run Trace tab

3. In the Program ID field enter sptcmsug

4. Click the checkbox to toggle on the Enable Debug Trace

5. Leave all fields as default, then click Run Trace and close window

Depending on the volume of roles and users within Enterprise ERP this process may take many hours to complete. 
While not necessary it is best to run the process late in the day and allow it to run through the evening, then test the next morning.
