Description of Issue

The Budget fiscal year information is blank



Context

  • Chart of account segments

  • Fund Datas

  • NSFY Fund

  • Non Standard Fiscal year

  • Chart Manager



Cause

Chart manager doesn’t display “Fiscal Year Starts” field when fund is added through Chart of Account Segments



Resolution

MUNIS > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set up Chart of accounts > Chart of account segment

  1. Click Accept

  2. Click Search

  3. Type in the Fund number

  4. Click Accept

  5. Click Update

  6. Verify the Fiscal Year Starts field is correct

  7. Click Accept
