Description of Issue

Why is Wage Data reporting as 0.00?

Cause

Wage Data requires manual entry



Resolution

  1. Access TX Workers Compensation 

  2. Select DWC-3SD Wage Data on the Wage Data tab to add or update gross wage data for pay periods. 

  3. Accept and create the XML file



Additional Information

The TX Workers Compensation program will pull Hourly Rate, Pay Basis and Pay Frequency from the base pay record in Employee Job Salary and it pull demographic details from the Employee Master.  It does not compute any dollar amounts.
