Requisitions produces Unit of Measure is required error when updating a receive by amount REQ that was created through REQ Entry

The following errors occurred while saving changes: Line item 1 -Unit of measure is require. 

• ERP Financials 

• Purchasing

• Requisitions

• Requisition Entry 

This is a ERP Purchasing defect. This error only happens if no default is selected in the UOM module
