Create Preliminary Taxes not recognizing prior year Exemptions

Prior year Exemptions or abatements are not included when running Create Preliminary Taxes

• Massachusetts Property Tax Billing

• Create Preliminary Taxes

When Include prior year abatements with reason code type of is set to either Exemption or Abatement, they are not recognized or included

Development is currently researching the issue. Install MUN-438486 once available

Workaround is to run Crate Preliminary Taxes with Include prior year abatements with reason code type of set to Both.
