Create Prelim Taxes calculates zero taxes for parcels in Tax Title the prior year

The Create Preliminary Taxes program is calculating zero in taxes for parcels that were liened last year.

The Tax Title process now adjusts unpaid Real Estate bills to zero when they are liened. These adjustments are being picked up and honored as part of the preliminary tax calculation.

Development is currently researching the issue. Affected parcels can be manually calculated within Create Prelim Taxes and updated there. It is also possible to leave them at zero dollars and wait to collect on them during the actual billing process, where they will calculate properly.
