Filters are being ignored when exporting to excel from Account Central

When applying additional filters to the account find set, the excel export ignores those filters and exports all accounts in the original find set

Work ticket MUN-445871 is open with development to address the issue

As a work around, filters can be utilized in the excel file after the account find set has been exported
