OK TRS Annual Report missing data for Retirees

I'm concerned about missing information on the annual report for retirees, like the start and end dates.  Maybe this is "normal" for retirees?

Cause

When the record is for a Retiree, the following details will be blank:

  • Sick Leave Balance

  • First Day to Report

  • Last Day to Report

  • Termination Date

  • Hours per Day

  • Hours per Week

  • Days per Year

  • Sabbatical

  • FTE Hours per Day

  • FTE Hours per Week

  • FTE Months per Year

  • FTE Days per Year

  • TRS Optional



Resolution

Yes, this is normal for retirees. 

This is done in accordance with reporting agency requirements.
