Invalid Viewer Configuration error when clicking the paperclip

Description of Issue

When clicking the paperclip from any Munis program, an error is generated stating Error: Invalid Viewer configuration for Tyler Content Manager. TCM Version 2015.4 or higher is required for HTML Viewer...

Cause

User is not yet linked to a Munis role that has the View Attachments and Associated Documents permission enabled, and/or Apache services need to be restarted. 



Resolution

Please contact a Systems Administrator if you do not have access to the below options.

  • Search on any given Munis role that the user is listed in that also links to one or more CM MU_Security Group(s)

    1. Tyler Menu

    2. System Administration

    3. Security

    4. Roles > Search on specific role

    5. Click Munis System 

    6. Check View Attachments and Associated Documents box 

  • If the user receiving the error already has this permission, or multiple users are seeing this message and CM is inaccessible from Munis, please restart Apache services. 



Additional Information

If a user is listed in more than one Munis role linked to any MU_ TCM Security groups, only one of those Munis roles needs to have this setting enabled.
