Employee Images Not Showing in ESS

Employee images are displaying in Munis but not in ESS

The settings in Munis under Personnel Settings are wrong or incomplete

1. Open Munis

2. Navigate to Munis > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Setup > Personnel Settings

3. Fill out these three fields

   1. Employee Photo IP Address (IP address of the server hosting the EmployeeImages folder listed below)

   2. Employee Photo Location (EmployeeImages folder share)

   3. Employee Photo Extension (jpg recommended)

This is not for sites storing the photos in TCM
