Resolution

The Dynamsoft driver is installed to the Content Manager server when Content Manager is installed or upgraded. It can be found in the following folder directory and can be installed manually to a workstation or pushed out via Group Policy:

(C: or Data Drive:)\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat(environment)\webapps\tylercm(environment)\viewer\lib\dynamsoft\dist\DynamsoftServiceSetup.msi
